AI meeting notes

The meeting ends. The notes are already there.

Stay in the conversation. NoteCube transcribes as people talk, then lays out what was decided and who agreed to do what.

Quick answer

AI meeting notes means an app records the meeting, transcribes it and organizes the summary, decisions and action items for you. In NoteCube you press record, follow live captions during the meeting, and get the notes when you stop. Decisions and action items are kept only when they are grounded in what someone actually said.

How it works

  1. Start recording before the meeting

Tap Record → “Record now”. Let everyone know you’re recording first.

  2. Follow live captions

What people say appears on screen as they talk. Recording keeps going if the screen turns off or you switch apps.

  3. Stop to get the notes

An at-a-glance summary, decisions and action items with owners when they were named — usually within a minute.

  4. Check the source and share

Tap a line in the transcript to replay that moment, then send the summary by email or chat.

Grounded, not invented

Decisions and action items come from what was actually said, and owners are listed only when someone was named. AI can still mishear names or context, so review before you share.

Built for meetings in the room

NoteCube records with your phone — meeting rooms, coffee chats, field interviews. It doesn’t send a bot into video calls, so it works the same offline.

Notes that keep growing

Add each project meeting to the same ongoing document, so past and new decisions sit side by side instead of in separate files.

Frequently asked questions

Does it join Zoom or Google Meet?

No. NoteCube records through your phone’s microphone. You can record a call playing on a speaker nearby, but it doesn’t join meetings as a bot.

Will the recording stop mid-meeting?

No. If you run out of free minutes, recording continues; only live transcription pauses, and the rest can be transcribed afterwards.

Does it handle English and Korean?

Yes — both languages, including meetings that switch between them.
